umm... my head did that. now if anyone wants to say that im not tough or that im a wuss, i have something to prove im not. i only got a minor wound from it thankfully, but i think i just wanted someone to be appreciative that i wasnt dead. (along with nancy and preston too.)
i guess that just shows im really not tough, dammit.
but other than that i had a blast this weekend!!!
and a lady gave me a $250 purse today at work!

i must say that i am a woman of many nicknames, however, my favorite one as of now is Cyndi Lauper. its not even totally a real nickname since the only person who calls me it is this guy i work with. but either way, i think its funny. his other name for me is Princess Peach because hes the one who makes fun of me for bruising so easily.
not much new going on. going to savannah this weekend.
and the black eyed peas remind me of kind of weird/bad rave music.
thats pretty much it.
oh yea, some asshole outbid me on the alice cooper shirt. so looks like im not getting it anymore... drag.

im getting a sweet ass alice cooper shirt that has a pic of him on the front and then on the back says "we're not worthy". and apparently, im the only person who finds it absolutely amazing.
my seamstress skills are getting better and better and im proud of myself. of course im not the best, but im pretty decent. the things i make are becoming so much better looking. im proud of myself.
i think im going to be visiting the savannah college of art and design with ms. christine in a couple weeks. im pumped. a nice little get away from naples for the weekend.

seriously you guys, how come people hated on the tights. they are sweet. and im totally gonna get my hands on some hot pink leopard print ones. theyll go great along with my leopard print clogs im gonna get. maybe i should just go back to the 80s where i can wear all the short skirts, florecent colors, and leopard print i want and people wont think im an asshole. pshh what do i care. seriously.

tonight i got back two people who i felt like i lost and missed a lot. and it makes me very happy.
and i also got $135 in tips for the week.
not bad for serving coffee.

one of the presents i got was a bob dylan cd and when i put it on the first song on it was "rainy day women #12 & 35" and the second it started playing me and my mom started laughing because we knew what song it was. then she told me how when i was in pre-school i could always recognize bob dylan and whenever he would come on i would be like, "it's bob dylan!" i was a funny kid. a cool, but funny kid.
oh yea, and merry festivus everyone.

so, pretty much every day i'd say there is this one extremely cute old man who comes in, who is the nicest person ever without a doubt in my mind and who has the biggest heart of gold. his name is paul and he is 86 years old. he can't finish a whole small coffee, so we always just hive him half of one, and only change him 53 cents. he just will sit there and drink his coffee and sometimes, he'll read a paper, and if you talk to him, he'll chat with you. there's no one i've ever met who has as much kindness in their heart than this guy. but the best thing about him besides his niceness, is how old fashioned he is. after you give him his coffee and he pays, he'll take you aside and take your hand and personally give you a quarter and say "now this is for you." he doesn't put it in the tip jar, but always makes sure he gives it to you, and lets you know that it is for you. of course you aren't allowed to take money that someone gives you because the tips are split, but whoever is working that he gives the quarter to will always put it in their pocket and then put it in the tip jar when he leaves. he is so genuine and nice and i just love him. his 25 cent tip everyday means so much more than if someone were to give a 25 dollar tip. there should be more people like him.
oh and theres also this one john mayer song that's on this one christmas cd we have to play at work and i secretly love it. but then again, i also just plain secretly love john mayer. say how gay i am. really... i dont care.

ps. today is a saturday but it feels like a weekday.
i miss a lot of people.
